My life is a busy one (just like everyone else’s) ๐Ÿ™‚ and it’s hard to squeeze in healthy meals. I live in a sorority and my options are extremely limited if I miss a meal. So, I devised a plan to keep my Yummy Yogurt Bowl ingredients in my room at all times. Here is the recipe for all of you healthy go-getters with a lack of time:

Yummy Yogurt Bowl

Yogurt Bowl: Post studying ๐Ÿ™‚

  • 1 greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Panda Puffs (any whole grain cereal – Kashi brand is great)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 banana (sliced)
Directions
It’s so simple. Just mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Told ya it was easy! ๐Ÿ™‚ It is one big bowl-o-goodness.
See? It’s a delicious mess.
Time to sleep! Sweet dreams. I’ll be dreamin’ of a wonderful yogurt bowl breakfast.
