I thought I would update my bloggin’ because I have a break in the day from sorority and recruitment business. Everything has been going smoothly and I am really getting excited for an awesome year. Everything is falling into place so far. Thank goodness! Breakfast was a Vitality bar and lots of coffee! Yesterday= 4 miles recovery day run aka SLOW PACE

Today= 5 mile interval run

I am looking at a fun night out with friends tonight and an easy run or rest day tomorrow!

These pictures never seem to get old for me. LOVE morning runs!

Last night I got some delicious fro-yo at 3 Spoons. Vanilla, coffee and chocolate flavors with some Heath crumbles on top. A girl is aloud to splurge. Smile Yum!

I also saw the movie “The Help” with some friends. SO good. It had a really creative and interesting plot that revolved around the African-American Civil Rights movement, hence “the help.” It involved a dedicated journalist that wrote about “the help’s” experiences. It  inspired me to write even more. The power of the written word is so strong and it can’t be underestimated. I will definitely be checking out the book as soon as I can!
