There is so much I want to get done before school starts and not enough time. If I could just get ONE more week. Smile 

Did a 4 mile run this morning… didn’t feel as strong as I did on yesterday’s run. I have a feeling the HIIT class I did with my momma last night might be why! That’s okay though. I am a firm believer in cross training and this weekend I am visiting my older brother so I will rest for a few days! Tomorrow is the 16-miler. I have my new Runner’s Pak belt and energy gel gu all ready. Smile

I made Nutrition Nut on the Run energy bites yesterday! My family loved them. So delicious – Chocolate Espresso Energy Bites.

WORK – last day! Whoo.

WRITE ARTICLES – I think I am going to write one on the new fitness trend – Piloxing! More on that later.

DINNER WITH MY BEST FRIEND – Excited for this. Probably going to try a new restaurant. It was her birthday on Tuesday and I decided that taking her out to dinner was the best gift. Time is precious and more meaningful.

CONFERENCE CALL WITH INTERN QUEEN – We are discussing new contests. Excited for this because it’s my first one!
