Ah so much to do – so little time. I am so determined to get my tasks done but I know I need to get some sleep! I read an article today and 7 hours seems to be the magic number when it comes to shut eye. I am really going to make it a goal to get more sleep. It is important because it improves literally everything – health, energy, focus, appearance, brain power, attitude and on and on and on… yet I tend to skimp on my shut eye as if it is something I just don’t have time for… silly me! Something I got from Trader Joe’s the other day… drum roll please! Olive Oil Popcorn. Ingredients: Organic popcorn, olive oil, sea salt. Love the simplicity of that. Always good news when there are only three ingredients listed. It hits the spot for a delicious snack. I highly recommend getting some! Today was heavy on the fitness. 🙂 3 easy miles, pilates class, and a lifting class! I haven’t officially signed up for a marathon in the fall but I have been doing the training for it… I need to click the button and fully commit! Maybe tomorrow 🙂 I know that I am getting great training and that I can do it, but it is just so intimidating! I need to go for it and kill that fear once and for all. I have always wanted to complete a marathon and I was always waiting for a perfect time. I just came to terms with the realization that there isn’t ever going to be a perfect time… because life happens! And I’m only getting older, so might as well give it a shot. 🙂 I have completed two half marathons before so it’s just two of those in a row.. piece of cake, right? Ha ha kidding.

Well I am running long distances now so that means I will BE a marathon runner. Thank you Buddha for answering my running questions! 🙂
