Well today marks the last day of my sophomore year. Halfway done with college; where did the time go? All I can say is that these past two years have been full of growing. I have learned so much. An important lesson over the past few years: Know your priorities.

I have made some of the best friends I could ask for over these past two years and I’m sure there will be many more amazing people to come into my life in the last two years of college.

Now that I got the sappy stuff out of the way 🙂 Here is the weight training program that I promised…

Monday:

Chest/Triceps

6 sets, 6-12 reps each

Wide bench press

Narrow bench press

3 sets, 15 reps

Push up

Tricep dip

Tuesday:

Back/biceps

6 sets, 6-12 reps each

Row

Bicep curl

Dead lift

Wednesday:

Legs/Abs

3 sets, 25 reps

Wide squats

Lunges (25 each side)

Weighted curl ups (abs)

Weighted oblique twists

Thursday same routine as Monday

Friday same routine as Tuesday

Saturday same routine as Wednesday

Sunday = rest day!

There ya go! I will add cardio later. I have my personal training audition at the recreation center tomorrow and I am VERY nervous.
