Morning! I woke up today well rested and ready for the day. That doesn’t happen very often during the school week. 🙂 I lounged around and took it easy and I liked yesterday’s breakfast so much that I whipped up the exact same thing this morning.


Greek yogurt + 1 spoonful apple butter, crisp apple, and hearty oatmeal with cinnamon and truvia on top 🙂


Sooo delicious. It only takes 2 minutes to make!


Plain Grain + 2/3 cup water + 2min. microwave = organic grains for breakfast!

Today is another beautiful day so I had to get outside… EASY 3 mile run. I just refueled with what was left in the fridge!


Local Burger veggie burger! With turmeric sprinkled on top! Yummm.


Along with a spinach salad with garlic, onion and olive oil!

I’m sipping my peppermint tea and getting ready for the busy afternoon that lies ahead! Work and then an interview for my one of my journalism papers. Then HOME sweet home for the night!
