Today was a beautiful day! On my way to the park I went through all green lights and got to my destination in record time. Why can’t all days be this good? Ha ha 🙂 Days like this just don’t come around often and I took full advantage. 🙂 I ran 9 miles… I’m thinkin’ some yoga in the near future. Seriously though, 70 degrees and sunny. I could rave about the weather forever though so I’ll switch topics. I did snap a few pics on my run so I will share my favorite…


Dinner was orange-glazed salmon, spinach salad, a honey crisp apple, and a piece of carrot cake. Along with some coconut milk and peppermint tea! 🙂 I try to fit some fish into my diet at least twice a week so I get some heart healthy omega-3s!

Lately I have been on a decaf coffee kick. I think it’s in part because I have been studying with friends at coffee shops. I’m going to do my health research on coffee SOON. I have heard it is full of antioxidants, but I’ll have to check with some credible sources!
